Alan Smith

You often have the complaints but it gives pleasure to pass on praise. The serviceman (I have forgotten his name but he did introduce himself) was excellent. He obviously knew what he was doing, very efficient but more importantly he took care of the surrounds and looked as if the job really mattered.
He had my 4 yr old grandson talking away in the background and he handled that well to the extent that Zac did not want to see him go. Well done to him and made up for the past. It is a case of the last experience that makes you think good or bad of an organisation.
