Living Flame provides a free Safety Inspection Service for new installations once contractors are finished and the project is certified. This is to give peace of mind to our customers and to ensure that every Living Flame Fireplace is installed and operates correctly, safely and at its best.
Our highly qualified technical service team inspect every aspect of your fireplace installation; electrical connections; switching and operation, gas supply; connection, pressures and setting, flue height clearances and operation room ventilation, control operation; pilot and flame sensing, effect layout, finish and safety operations.<
